Sophie Unsen
Sophie Unsen is currently completing her fourth year of a Bachelor of Music with Honours, majoring in classical saxophone at the Sydney Cosnervatorium of Music. SHe has gained her Associate Diploma of Music (2006) and her Licentiate ofMusic (2007) in saxophone, and studied in France at the European Univsersity of Saxophone held in July 2006, with world-renowned pedagogues Claude Delangle and Arno Bornkamp. Sophie began her music career at school and since then has toured extensively overseas and natioanlly with various ensembles, performed with the Sydney Youth Orchestra, andplays regularly around Sydney with her saxophone quartet The Red Corettes. A lover of all types of music she is also active as a teacher, enthusing young talent and teaching ins chool ensembles for the Departmetn of Education as wella s privately.
