Elle Spicer
Elle Spicer is currently studying for a Bachelor of Music in performance at the Sydney Conservatorium of music. She began playing the cello at the age of five then went on to learn in Wollongong and then Sydney by age twelve. In 2004 she was a member of the SBS Youth Orchestra, and in 2005 participated in the Australian Youth Orchestra. In 2006 she commenced study at the Australian Institute of Music and was principal cellist of Sydney Youth Orchestra for a time in 2006.
Elle has been tutored by such prestigious cellists as Julian Smiles, David Pereira, Alexander Bailey, Susan Blake and is currently studying with Georg Pedersen. She has gained her Lmus in 2005 and hopes to study overseas in the near future.
